I went on the link but don't know if I can use the apps on my work phone, black berry?
I also followed a link and watched a great teaching video about "food choices."
Wow! I am cleaning out my fridge and pantry! My poor daughter! No more sugar or processed food! She will have to learn to cook!
So Mark T, one might think wearing vertical stripes and being imprisoned behind "bars" might assist one in losing weight. However, in my case, being behind "bars" means I find myself behind a Klondike "Bar." But hey...only 100 calories and "No Sugar Added." Does that mean I can eat more than 1?
I think the direction one wears their stripes has mostly to do with whether you are a prisoner wanting to escape (and therefore would wear them vertically to 'blend in' with the bars) or looking to go as an old time TV that's lost it's signal this halloween (in which case wearing them sideways while you walk around going "beeeeeeeeeeeeeeep") would be best.
Maybe there aren't advantages to being petite when dieting but there are advantages to being tall! You can hide your weight well! Okay, maybe somedays better than others.
Which way do I NOT want to wear stripes again?
